This is a Discipline of inducing and controlling madness and confusion. It is similar to Dominate, but acts more as a catalyst than a controller.

System

1 - Passion. The vampire may double or triple the intensity of the victim's current emotions, making them more passionate about everything. This works on both mortals and vampires.

System: Roll Charisma+Empathy (diff of target's Humanity or Path_Rating). Successes determine duration (a turn, an hour, a night, a week, a month). 2 - Mind Tricks. This power causes minor hallucinations to the victim, who sees things from the corner of his eye. The vampire can't control what the victim sees. System: The vampire rolls Manipulation+Subterfuge (diff of target's Perception+Self-Control/Instincts). Successes determine duration (a night, two nights, a week, a month, three months).

3 - Eyes of Chaos. This weird ability lets a vampire see another individuals true nature and gives them the ability to see insanity and know how to bypass it -- it is the ability to perceive the order in chaotic, fractal patterns.

System: The vampire can see a pattern by making a Perception+Medicine roll (diff based on the intricascy of the pattern. Knowing a person's Nature at first meeting would be 10, after knowing them for a while would be 8, a secret code within a code would be 7, etc.) Nearly anything can contain several obscure patterns imperceptible to vampires without this power. Most are meaningless, but some are not.

4 - Confusion. By making fleeting eye contact and conversation, the vampire may totally confuse a victim, clouding his mind and senses.

System: The vampire must roll Manipulation+Intimidation (diff of target's Perception+Self-Control/Instincts) for duration. (A turn, an hour, a night, a week, a month). The victim must spend a point of Willpower to break out of the daze and perform any coherent action for a turn -- this includes, but is not limited to, anything involving a Dice Pool. 5 - Total Insanity. This is the feared power of turning someone into a howling lunatic. System: The undivided attention of the victim must be bent upon the vampire for a full turn. The vampire rolls Manipulation+Intimidation (diff of the target's Willpower). If successful, the vampire inflicts five Derangements (chosen by a ST) on the target. Duration is dependent upon successes. (A turn, a night, a week, a month, a year.)

5 - Total Insanity. This is the feared power of turning someone into a howling lunatic. 

System: The undivided attention of the victim must be bent upon the vampire for a full turn. The vampire rolls Manipulation+Intimidation (diff of the target's Willpower). If successful, the vampire inflicts five Derangements (chosen by a ST) on the target. Duration is dependent upon successes. (A turn, a night, a week, a month, a year.)
